Chef Becky Selengut is an advocate for seafood sustainability and seasonal, regional cuisine. In 2004 she founded the local foods database She writes regularly for Edible Seattle magazine, is a private chef, cooking teacher and coauthor of Washington Local and Seasonal Cookbook. She lives in Seattle with her wife, April Pogue (who contributed wine pairings for Good Fish) and their two dogs. Good Fish is her second book.

Luuvu Hoang is a storyteller through photography and cinematography. Working with authors, restauranteurs, and couples to help them create something unique for their story and let their personality shine through. In this series of instructional videos for Good Fish, he is able to incorporate his passion and understanding of food into his work.

Clare Barboza is a Seattle-based food photographer, with a passion for documenting how food goes from the farm to the kitchen to the table. She has photographed several cookbooks and regularly shoots for various publications, restaurants, and chefs. Clare also leads a variety of photography workshops out of her studio in downtown Seattle.
